Ace Comic Con (aceuniverse.com) came out of nowhere in September 2017 with two huge guest announcements: Chris Evans and Tom Holland. Their site promptly crashed and reappeared the next day with a "talent coming soon" message. News soon emerged that the event was created by former founders of WizardWorld who were establishing their new venture in Long Island, NY and Glendale, AZ. They've expanded to other cities since then and have continued to focus on A-list guests. |
