PimaCon was an early eighties attempt to expand Tucson's science fiction/fantasy conventions from one to two, perhaps aiming to complement the established TusCon in the same way that CopperCon had successfully managed to do to LepreCon in Phoenix. While it got far enough to advertise in a CopperCon progress report, the hotel pulled out and the convention never happened. |
